Overview

The Graduate Certificate in Air & Space Law is offered by the Institute of Air and Space Law in the Faculty of Law at McGill University. The course-based program provides advanced legal training in aviation, air and space law, and the government regulations, conventions, and treaties governing these areas, and is aimed at jurists and other professionals seeking graduate legal education for a limited period tied to specific career-related purposes.
