The Certificate in Biology is a 30-credit undergraduate certificate at Universite de Sherbrooke, made up of 21 credits of required courses and 9 credits of optional courses. It gives students foundational knowledge across the main fields of biology, preparing them to pursue further specialized undergraduate study in the discipline if they choose. The certificate is intended for students already enrolled in a bachelor's degree at Universite de Sherbrooke, who take it as one component of their broader program of study rather than as a standalone entry credential. Courses are delivered on the university's main Sherbrooke campus, with admission offered for the fall and winter terms, and students may register on a full-time or part-time basis. As with the university's other 30-credit certificates, it can be combined with other certificates or a major to build a complete bachelor's degree, or pursued for continuing education.
