Spanning 136 credits, the field of study covers production logistics, materials engineering, production technologies, engineering and computer graphics, engineering fundamentals, warehouse and quality management, management accounting, and personnel management, with a fifteen-credit deepening block offering a choice between production business organisation or production company logistics, production process management or supply chain management, and innovation management or project management. Twenty-four weeks of practice move through a cognitive placement, production management, and production logistics processes before an eight-week graduation practice. Learning outcomes include planning, organising, executing, and assessing production and logistics processes using scientifically grounded knowledge, selecting and applying research methods to analyse and interpret complex production problems, and managing personnel, material, and information resources within these processes. Students also learn to assess the quality of production and logistics activities and propose improvements, and to communicate and negotiate production and logistics issues fluently in Lithuanian and a foreign language while taking responsibility for the quality of their own and their team's work.
