Culinary Management at College of the North Atlantic is a two-year diploma delivered on campus at the Prince Philip Drive campus, starting in September. The program prepares students to manage modern culinary operations, combining advanced cooking techniques with business management skills including human resources and cost control. Coursework covers local sourcing, sustainability, food science, and contemporary kitchen technologies such as automated computerized ovens, blast chillers, immersion circulators, and thermal mixers. Standard admission accepts High School Graduation, Adult Basic Education (Level III) Graduation, a Trades Bridging Certificate, a College Transition Certificate, or mature student status for applicants 19 or older who have been out of school for at least a year. Applicants who already hold a certificate, diploma, post/advanced diploma, or degree in Cooking, plus a minimum of 320 hours of work experience, may enter directly into Year 2. International applicants must meet CNA's English language proficiency requirements.
