This program awards a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) in Music: Performance, delivered mainly in person at the Toronto campus with some online coursework, and requires a successful audition for admission. Students choose a performance concentration in voice, piano, guitar, bass guitar, or drums and percussion, studying music theory and history alongside applied lessons and ensemble work, with the program culminating in a senior recital. Admission Requirements: Admission to Tyndale's Music: Performance program requires a successful audition in addition to a completed and assessed university application. Applicants prepare two contrasting, memorized selections totalling no more than 12 minutes, introduce each by title and composer, and dress in professional attire; vocal auditions require piano accompaniment, while guitar auditions may use backing tracks or other musicians, taken in person or by video submission. Academically, the program falls back on Tyndale's general undergraduate admission requirements: Ontario applicants need a minimum overall average of 65%, including at least 65% in ENG4U, plus five other Grade 12 U or M courses. Applicants whose first language is not English must submit IELTS Academic 6.5, TOEFL iBT 90, TOEFL PBT 570, or Duolingo English Test 120.

Application Deadline:Tyndale University runs a largely rolling undergraduate admissions process with no fixed closing date: applicants submit a free application and transcripts and typically get a decision within two weeks, for entry in the September (Fall) or January (Winter) semester. International applicants pay a $150 fee and are recommended, not required, to have a complete application in by 1 April for September entry or by 1 October for January entry so the Admissions Committee's one-month review and study-permit processing have enough lead time; Tyndale publishes no firm international closing date for the 2026-27 cycle, and admission otherwise continues on a rolling basis. These are institution-wide dates; this programme publishes no deadline of its own.
